“My biggest problem is that my design would not save and email. I needed to submit the design to the committee for approval before ordering, and the design would not save to my email to accomplish this task. I had to attempt to replicate the exact design over again.”

“NEVER CALLED ME BACK AFTER I CALLED FOR HELP and they said would hold my place in line, I called twice, and still haven't had a phone call from the art dept. I had to finish the poster the best I could ordered used you several times because I need it quickly. I' very disappointed -- I have used several times...”

“Your Staff is very helpful, Rating VERY GOOD! However, the wait time is extremely excessive! Rating VERY POOR! I was on hold for over one hour.... and it took approximately 2 hours to resolve my issue. Overall Rating = Poor because the wait time is not Acceptable - actually very frustrating!”
