“You have a very deceptive manner of implementing your percentage of what you offer in emails to customers, you give the percent off and then you up the shipping charges on the backend. i WAS charged more than double shipping charges from my original invoice when you updated my percentage of from the email sent to me. SHAME!!! i was pressed for time when I had to finalize this so you still got my order because I was too busy to go to a competitor THIS TIME.”

“It gave me an original discount and then changed the discount as the end. I ended up having to pay an additional $50. If that hadn't happened, it would have been great.”

“I’ve redone this 3x now and each time it looks perfect until I get the proof in email. I put black frame on my banners to help me line them up better on this but nooo it doesn’t work correctly and never has. Been 5 plus years now and same issues. a better way is needed and all white isn't working nor cropping offsets each side as u reset it. it should stay where it is set then when u pull it to set the other side it should stay”

“The shipping was double what it said it was and when I started the order it was free! After taxes that weren’t shown the total was closer to the price before it was discounted. It get deceptive. Hope it’s a good quality banner and comes quickly.”

“I'm disapointed in the lack of finding answers to my questions. I make a big order or two each year and I have lost all of my work a couple of times. I've been working for hours and needed to know if all of my work was saved or would I need to use a personal credit card instead of paying through the school credit card on Monday. Also, there was no place to put in a tax ID number. Hopefully I don't personally have to pay that.”
