Completely disappointed with barbour. I invested in a pair of wellies but the days of money buys quality are long gone. They were destroyed within a year with not heavy wear. I got longer out of the pair I picked up in Lidl. Save your money and don't bother with this brand!

Am still waiting 3 weeks for my refund. Contacted Barbour and they said it was a technical error ( whatever that means). Never again will I buy anything from Barbour. Another dissatisfied customer.

Beware, Barbour shops are not all owned by Barbour. When purchasing ensure you understand the returns policy. Some stores can only receive returns from the store they were originally purchased from. Barbour and its Franchise partners fail to mention this.

My parka is falling apart and it’s only been worn less than 40 times total. Over 500 US dollars and it’s absolutely rubbish. Customer service is worse than the quality of this parka. Talked to me like I was special needs. Kept on interrupting me and repeating herself. Absolutely a disgusting human being. People like Karen do not belong talking to customers.

Very bad customer service. Bought coat £219 for my daughter. Within a week button fell off. When I contacted above they offered me a replacement. It turned out they meant a replacement button. This was a pricey gift for Christmas. Turns out it was shoddily made and no one at Barbour cares. So disappointing & very annoying. Rubbish

Purchased mens Barbour slippers last November as a Christmas gift. They have lasted less than a year! The bottoms have completely rotted away. I informed customer service and quite frankly was fobbed off. Not even an apology. I wasn't after money I just wanted to let them know they just lost two customers. Cheap and nasty.

Wellies looked like a pair of bananas after just over a month. Returned them another pair sent same again. Not what I expected from a trusted brand. Only walking on light Forrest like terrain. Customer service polite and helpful. But quality seriously lacking.

Purchased a Bretby Gilet from an online retailer but it is quite simply not up to the standard of similar garments costing half the price. The pockets are just slits in the side seem and as a result they stick out like elephants ears when worn and spoil the look of the jacket. Had to return it at my expense. Proof if proof was needed that being a 'label snob' gets you second best.

Will never buy another Barbour product again. Spent a lot of money on a jacket only for it to get hole in it very quickly, sent off for a repair - they have just put a massive patch over it in a different colour to the jacket. Looks absolutely ridiculous, terrible, terrible customer service. Will advise everyone to avoid

In October I went to John Lewis and bought my barbour jacket £180...got it home and the zip was...well I can say wonky n would not zip up..so took it back and they said cant change it ring barbour...after few emails and talks with the after sales team...they decided the zip wasn't faulty.early seeing the zip is completely wonky....they said there not changing it or exchanging it...after been confident in this brand..I can gladly say I will never buy this brand again...really bad customer service for the prices they charge.....please be very careful when buying this brand of clothing...I will never buy again Lady Sharon Brotherton
