"Murrays House Clearance & Removals \r\nFrom my first telephone conversation with Jamie all I received was professional and sensitive service. During the call I told Jamie of the situation and what I required. Jamie understood but said in order to give a accurate price it would be best for him to view the house.\r\nWe arrange a date and time which suited me as I live 150 miles away, on the day Jamie messaged me to make sure that I arrived at the house he arrived at the arranged time.\r\nI showed him around telling him what I wanted, he was able to give me a price as well as fully explaining how he costed the job and how long it would take. \r\nI was also informed that any resellable furniture would be resold in his warehouse in St Helens, helping to reduce the cost, Jamie invited me to have a look around the warehouse if I wanted too.\r\nA dated and time was arranged for him to start. On the date Jamie and Andy arrived on time, I left Jamie with the keys to house as had return home, and arranged with him to post the keys back on completion.\r\nDuring the time they were there I received updates on how the work was going, and the day after the work was complete Jamie sent me before and after pictures of what was done, and I received the keys back 2 days later by special delivery.\r\nFrom my from my initial enquiry to completion I found Jamie to be professional, understanding, sensitive\r\nand compassionate.\r\nA big thank you Jamie and Andy for making a very difficult situation for me so much easier.\r\nI would highly recommended Murrays House Clearance & Removals I can guarantee you not regret it."
