“Ordered an original bag for my holiday. Fasteners were faulty. Contacted the company and arranged to return it, I did this on my return. They confirmed there was a fault with it and offered to replace it. I accepted this only to be told the replacement is not due until the end of August.
A little disappointed that it wasn’t fault checked before initial dispatch and also the length of time for replacement.

“Returns policy states must be “unused”! Used my bag 5 times and one of magnetic catches is falling off. How would I discover this manufacturing fault if I didn’t use it??”
