“Hello I've been using my bag for over a week now and I'm very pleased with it. It's well constructed and plenty of room for most of my stuff. However I do have a young Collie and use wet treats eg sausage cheese and the like. The treat pocket on the front is too small but there is a lovely roomy pocket on the back of the bag. As I don't want to wash this out every time I use it I've been creative and made a removable bag that is slotted under the two plastic clips and held in place with stick on Velcro. I can get my hand into it easily for quick delivery. The other problem I have is the strap it keeps slipping and the shoulder pad keeps slipping too. I've had to put a safety pin in to keep it in place.”
“Nice smart looking bag with different compartments and clips for keys etc . Only niggle is it could be a bit wider as my purse is a very tight fit in main compartment with phone . Otherwise very pleased with it”
“Excellent quality bag that holds everything we need. Being small the shoulder strap which is really comfy needs to stay short but as I walk it lengthens. Possible design fault. Showing a video of using the bag on the waist on your web site would be good. I have a belt from walking trousers that works very well to convert to a bum bag.”
“Ordered an original bag for my holiday. Fasteners were faulty. Contacted the company and arranged to return it, I did this on my return. They confirmed there was a fault with it and offered to replace it. I accepted this only to be told the replacement is not due until the end of August.
A little disappointed that it wasn’t fault checked before initial dispatch and also the length of time for replacement.
Up to now no offer of a partial refund for the inconvenience.”
