“The gift card message was completely missed by the customer. I had to ask them if they'd seen it and they had to retrieve packaging to find it. The gift card message should be inside the gift not attached to the out box. As a corporate gift this was not suitable.”

“I'm wondering why there is a second payment still processing against my credit card when I only ordered 1 hamper? If it goes through, I will have to dispute the charge. The hamper was very well received by my friend, and, for that, I am very grateful!”

“The service I received from this company cannot be praised highly enough. Special mention must be made of Lauren who picked up on a problem I was having with placing an order.
