“It was the first time using your company. As a result, I really wanted confirmation of delivery. The emails you sent had links to a photo as evidence, but the link wouldn’t open. I sent the email with the link to 2 other people, but they couldn’t open the photo either. After contacting your customer service 5 times, they could not provide the evidence of delivery that I needed in order to be able to use your service again. The resolution by your representative was “Sorry for the inconvenience.” I still don’t know if the basket was delivered. It is disappointing as we live far from home and we were happy to find a company that could provide such a service.”

“I found this company while trying to send a gift basket to friends in Ireland (we are in the USA) and could not have been happier with Ciseain Go Leor. The booking and scheduling on their website could not have been easier. The gift arrived right on time, and they had shipping available for just over 24 hours from when I originally purchased. The gift was very well-received by our friends, who devoured all the great snacks! Would highly recommend this company and I would be happy to use them again in the future!”

“I wanted to send something to my brother after his surgery. I had never used this company before. I am very impressed. Ordering was easy with plenty of choice, turnaround time could not have been better. Communication was prompt and accurate. “I wanted to gift something a bit more special than just sending flowers, but yet not looking for a gift that was all alcohol or chocolates. For this the Fruit Power Basket was ideal. As I didn't see the final product, I can't comment as to how it was presented or what it actually contained, but I believe it was well received. A notification is also sent on the day for when to expect delivery. I would recommend and certainly will use again.”
