“I think the dedicated personal manager is an excellent idea, saves oodles of problems when you are dealing with a laptop that wont carry out your fingers instructions. Instructions are easily clarified almost immediately and the confidence it gives, when dealing with money, helps to ease any reprehension you may have.”
