“Paper was great would buy again however make sure you measure correctly as I was short a few rolls and put batch number in the notes however wrong batch was sent out and had to go elsewhere to get the correct number in time for the decorator. Will be returning incorrect batch numbers.”

Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear that the wrong batch was sent to you. For new wallpaper orders, we always ensure that only rolls from the same batch are sent out. This is the same with orders from returning customers who want same batch of wallpaper sent to them. In this instance, we have accidentally missed your note with the order and sent you the wrong batch for which we are deeply sorry for. If you could kindly return the wallpaper(s) we will refund you for those. Thank you for shopping with us.

“Orderd 3 cans of furniture polish. Only 1 delivered. Emailed them and they posted the other 2 to me!”
