“I recently went to the DIY Shop to find some carbolic soap. At the time they didn’t have any in the store but offered to order me some. The customer service was second to none. I have now received the carbolic soap and it’s marvellous.”

“The bathroom panels I ordered took over a month to arrive (2days after the job started) and all 7 of them had damage . Luckily my bathroom installer is very good and managed to to salvage enough to complete the job.”

“Review of Groundsman heavy duty dustpan and brush: Just the job. Well made. Delivered promptly. Nothing like it to be found on A* a zone! Useful design extras are a scraper section on the back of the brush and a toothed section on the pan for cleaning the bristles.”

“The picture shows a curved centre where the two parts of the hige meet when closed. The hinges sent have a square cut centre. The only reason I bought the hinges from Batley was to get hinges with the curved centre. I made the same comment in their web site "Chat" section but they were busy and would reply later - no reply has been received. Misleading and incorrect description (by picture) of the product.”

“after waiting for items to be delivered and an email from myself to the company, I finally got an email back to say they did not have a couple of items and would I like a complete refund or partial. I got the order and a prompt refund.”

“I ordered a Pogoda Mosiac Bistro Table and Chairs from Batleys and was disippointed to find that the Mosiac tiles on the table had been damaged in transit. I can only assume therefore that the inadaquate packaging internally was insufficiant for such a heavy item during transit, hench the damage to the tiles. Straight away I contacted Batleys about this. They exceeded my expectations my replacing the Mosaic table within a few days. Thanks so much for your excellent customer service and for resolving my case. I would highly reccommend this company for their attention to detail and for their first class customer service.”
