“The spray paint I ordered was difficult to get hold of but I was pleased to find that you stocked it so I placed an order. It arrived quickly and was well packed. It sprays quickly and efficiently, and gives reasonable coverage and in order to achieve the best results I am about to order another can.”

“Worth doing a online search for what i wanted as the item worked out a couple of quid cheaper than B&Q. No means of transport at present so the delivery charge still made it economical.”

“We were greeted by a happy member of staff who tried to help with our purchase of a square toilet seat, he swiftly got another member of staff who spent time with us trying to source one from a catalogue, we ordered one and it came within 48 hours and it was perfect fit. Very good service will give them our custom again.”

“I recently went to the DIY Shop to find some carbolic soap. At the time they didn’t have any in the store but offered to order me some. The customer service was second to none. I have now received the carbolic soap and it’s marvellous.”

“Review of Groundsman heavy duty dustpan and brush: Just the job. Well made. Delivered promptly. Nothing like it to be found on A* a zone! Useful design extras are a scraper section on the back of the brush and a toothed section on the pan for cleaning the bristles.”
