“Can’t say enough good things about BDX. Customer service is amazing I sent an email about parts in my order and received a call back the same day. A real person on the line not a robot or an impersonal email that couldn’t answer any additional questions if they came up. They have a ton of information on their website to help with assembly and if you need more help you can call up and speak to one of their techs. Only thing they could possibly do to make it easier as far a assembly is concerned is make a YouTube playlist of a tear down and rebuild. Short of that they honestly couldn’t do anything else because the service is top notch.”
