I gave them a very normal "bought a go-kart that was taken apart by a kid because he could fix it" situation and they worked with me to find the correct parts and explain the installation. Did we always get the correct part the first time, no, but they were amazing at returning the old one and getting the other. There is only so much that can be done with pictures. I will definitely only be going to BDX from here on out.”
