“Overall the experience was very good, the guys I dealt with in the branch were all professional and polite. We agreed to an open day, however this seemed to get forgotten and instead individual viewings were scheduled which potentially reduced the final selling price of the house.”

Unfortunately the agent could not answer my queries and had to get someone to contact me with the answers. It would be good for regular updates on progress, even negative ones, so that the buyer feels as if they are not being ignored.
