“Poor service due to not getting regular updates on process allegedly checking prospective buyers ability to purchase by getting them into office but got feeling it was more to do with trying to get them to use their mortgage advisors products thus resulting in wasting 10 weeks to find their prospective buyer had bad credit history. Also feedback from viewers off property resulted in the fact that the estate agent showing them around couldn't answer any off their questions about house as they didn't enquire any from us the owners .
