Very pleasant coffees and excellent service considering we are going through all the postal strikes. Good information notes on the different coffees as well.

Experience was marred by postal strikes delaying delivery. However the coffee received was very good. Adjusting the frequency of deliveries was not obvious so I have cancelled my membership for present until we require more coffee and then renew. We replaced our coffee machine so have a store of beans and we received 4 bags with the machine - good for 8 weeks at least.

Coffee was okay, just not to our taste. Delivery took a long time. This may have been down to Royal Mail strikes?

This was not the first coffee bean that I've tried and was one of the worst. Very sour and unless you add milk and sugar it was not what I was expecting from chocolatey flavoured Brazilian coffee

Perfect flavour coffee. I did like the fact that the Coffee Club have a lot of coffee options... Coffee Club is great. ☕

Can't fault the service or quality of the products. But simply cannot warrant spending £8 every week or 2 weeks just for a single bag of coffee especially when there are other places which are just as good cheaper or more for the money.

Very enjoyable, seems to work best with milk based drinks as opposed to an espresso. Really smooth & had a fruitiness to it. An easy drinker, we definitely got through these beans quicker than we usually do, so enjoyed our coffees this week.

Good coffee, but most of my orders haven’t arrived. The other package hasn’t been delivered and it has been over a week. I have only received 1 of my orders (out of the three payments I’ve made). May I know where are the other 2 orders?

The quality and variety of beans I have received through the Beans club has never disappointed. Delivery is always on time and information on delivery time is also very good. All round exceptional service.

I was so disappointed with the quality of the beans. There were 2 roasted on dates on the pack and I feel these were old beans just relabelled and sent out. The coffee was un drinkable and sadly everything went in the bin.

Hi Stuart, It comes as a huge shock to read your review, as all of our coffees are roasted to order and sent directly from the roaster. Did you contact our customer service to raise this? I cannot seem to see any contact from you. We would be super interested to hear which coffee this was for and would of course rectify this for you. The quality of the products is excellent when you actually get them. When I first signed up to Beans they provided excellent customer service and the beans were always delivered on time. If I made changes to my preferences, Richard was always quick to respond and act on this. Sadly over the past 5 months or so the service has significantly deteriorated. Now I don’t receive deliveries without prompting and even then there is still a delay. I was told I won a free prize but as I didn’t want my identity to be revealed it was withdrawn as per their TnCs. It would have been nice to receive even a lesser replacement as a way to reward but instead nothing. When I again chased about the non delivery, Royal Mail strikes were blamed again for yet again another apparent lost delivery. All in all non existent customer service. Such a shame that customers are not valued in any demonstrative way.

We had Beans recommended as we were getting stalled of having the same coffee all the time. I’m so glad we did, Beans is such a fantastic concept and the coffee we have received so far has been amazing. They are all really nice but so different. Beans have listened to our preferences in taste and their customer service is top notch. We look forward to each week to see what coffee arrives, thank you Beans.
