“I have not installed my springs yet, but the customer service so far has been excellent! Before I placed my order, I wrote an email to Beattie Spring one day after business hours to ask a few questions. AJ emailed me back early the next morning and answered all of them. Once I placed my order, I got another email from Beattie Spring to verify a few things, because some of my order measurements didn't look right. I was able to correct my order specs and the order arrived quickly after that! My parts look great and I'm looking forward to getting them installed!”

“They were extremely fast and very honest. I forgot and only ordered half of what I needed went back in to their website and reordered the rest knowing I was going to have to pay shipping for both orders. They emailed me the next morning telling me that they had refunded my shipping on one of the orders. Not everyone would have done that. I will definitely do business with them again.”

“Very helpful and knowledgeable customer service made ordering easy. Leaf springs and u bolts seem of good quality. Shipping however was expensive on leaf springs, but Beattie did have a very good price on the springs.”

“All good with the exception.. that I had put in the comment section when ordering, to install longer center bolts to accommodate the factory overload springs.. when these arrived I had to remove and buy a new set. Which I had to call in the parts people after hours to get me the parts I needed.”

Hi Rory, Our springs come from the manufacturer already assembled with a stock length center bolt already installed. If you wanted longer center bolts you would have had to buy those separately and install them yourself since we don't sell modified springs online. We only offer that service locally at our Michigan location. Even then there would have been an additional labor fee to disassemble and reassemble the springs

“Had what I needed at a good price. Other retailers had sets of 4 leaf-spring u-bolts the diameter and extra length I need, but did not have the nuts and washers that Beattie does. The hardware matters, a lot! Also, the wear pads were priced well. Once again, other retailers had "sets" of these, but failed to give all of the dimensions I needed or other info. After I had measured what I had to replace, choosing Beattie Spring for these items was a no brainer. I may never need any more of these, I'm 64 so won't be wrenching myself in 20 years, but I have your store Bookmarked well. Thanks, sincerely!!!!”
