“WOULD STRONGLY ADVICE AGAINST ORDERING FROM BEAUTY EXPERT I would strongly advise against ordering from Beauty Expert!!! I've been using them since 2018. I've made 10+ orders over the past 2 yrs and had no problem. Quick delivery, competitive prices. So far all good. Until my last order. Fast delivery once again, I received the parcel in 8 days. But instead of a moisturiser I got false eyelashes?! Fair enough, mistakes happen. But I've been trying to get in touch with them on my account on their website, FB chat and via Paypal for 10 days now and had no response. To be precise, I had some random replies on FB chat. Someone called Macey asked me for a full address (despite me giving them order number, email address, postcode and first line of address). And then hadn't responded ever since. And then someone called Tiger writing he's sorry the item was missing and asking what is it, ending the message with affectionate X (?!). And again after my reply no response afterwards. I've also noticed they've been hiding messages below their FB posts. No wonder why. After reading previous reviews it seems to be more than just one error so I would strongly advice anyone from ordering from them.”

I know this product very well as I have been using it for over 7 years. What I received from them is very different from the real product - texture, smell, consistency were not even remotely close to what it supposed to be! I have been in ongoing dispute with them for almost 3 months now. I have probably had over 100 communications going back and forth with. One of the questions they never were able to answer is the expiry date on the product they sent to me. I have also provided a review of the product on their website and it never got posted. Their response was "Not all reviews make the site as we do receive a lot I am afraid". They only have 4/5 stars reviews posted! Also, they have credited money to my account with them for future use of their product. I have communicated to them that I will never purchase products from them but their response was to this "If you choose not to use that credit, that is your personal decision but we will not be making any refund instead of that credit." When I attempted to respond to their email asking me to check AND ANSWER I received a futher email stating 'the investigations team has concluded this investigation and is no longer looking into this, I am not able to advise any further on this' I was answering their email and questions from the same very day they sent it?! They asked me to contact them! Order at your own risk your order probably won't turn up. The last image uploaded is their response to my reply within a few hours of them asking me to check at a specific neighbours for my parcel.”
