“I ordered a shower gel from beautyexpert.com, all I can say is I read the reviews and was nervous but took the punt. Well it arrived all the way from the UK to my home in NZ on the last day of the expected delivery dates. Fedex couriered it to me. I am very happy with the product and the company.”

“This whole experience was great. I honestly bought The Ordinary AHA/BHA peeling solution. After seeing alot of fakes & whatnot online, from what i could see Beauty Expert sold the real thing. However i look at reviews and they werent great but I decided to bite the bullet & order. It only cost $12.95 AUD and so i thought even if it does fold, i wont loose out. But everything was great ! My order came, when i had received no confirmation email i got in contact on the chat & someone called Angel helped me & everything was fine. Overall very very happy with my experience and 100% recommend all the way from Australia ! ❤️”

“I ordered the Twelve Days of Christmas for my granddaughter, and it arrived this morning. The communication from Beauty Expert has been first class from the moment I placed my order, letting me know when the item was being dispatched, with which courier, when it would be delivered, etc. The box looks amazing, I haven't undone any of the individual items in the little drawers inside, as they are so prettily wrapped in tissue paper, but I will be back after Christmas to do another review on the contents. I would recommend this company without any hesitation. Thank you, Beauty Expert!”

“I don’t understand why this company has such bad reviews. I read these after placing my order and absolutely panicked and then it came in TWO DAYS LATER. The products are exactly what I wanted and it was so unbelievably cheap (this order would normally cost me about 60% more elsewhere) I’ve used st tropez products for years and I can guarantee that these products are authentic I’m just so amazed at how smooth the process was! 10/10 experience and I will absolutely shop here many more times!”

“I ordered Boucleme curl cream (100 ml) on 4/20/2019. I was so excited because I've wanted to try it but it's a little expensive including shipping to the U.S. It is on sale on the B.E. website so I ordered RIGHT AWAY!! Once I paid and the order was placed, I panicked and realized I have never heard of "Beauty expert". I googled the company reviews and saw these reviews and panicked WORSE! Anyways, I got the curl cream 11 days from the date I placed the order and it was exactly what I ordered. I am very happy with my purchase, the price, the delivery time and will be ordering more from them in the future :)”

“I purchased several Phytomer products after having a facial at a local spa and loving them. I found Beauty Expert.com prices to be the best I could find, and had not read these terrible reviews before I ordered. Happily, I received all of my products in excellent condition in the time they stated - and at quite a discount (along with free shipping and a free product to try). I am totally satisfied with my experience and have even recommended them to a friend.”

“I received my order (Manuka Doctor Purifying Facial Peel) as expected in a timely manner. It was packed very safely and completely secure, none that I have seen if I'm being honest. But one thing that struck my attention though was the packaging. Now, this is my first ever purchase of this item so I don't really know how exactly it's supposed to look like buttt the official packaging does have a stamp on it that says it's been on beauty choice awards or something similar to that. I don't know if I'm just analyzijg too much, but I can't help but question if this might be a fake product. I haven't opened it or tried using it yet, but is it possible to have fake skincare products? Is that even a thing? I don't know, but I hope I bought a legitimate product. I'll continue to search for reviews before I open it and can't return it anymore. After reading these reviews, I'm scared that they won't even take their product back but I'll just have to see soon.”

“I ordered2 bottles of La Source body lotion before reading these reviews. I was hopeful I would have a better experience . The order was expected to arrive May 18-19 . I was surprised that it arrived today May 12 The package was dented , and 1 pump had been dislodged , but overall happy with my order”

“Original order confirmation said to expect delivery in 14 days. I contacted to follow up and was informed delivery could take up to 30 days and if it did not arrive I should follow up with customs. No tracking number given. I had given up hope, then... products arrived almost 6 weeks after placing order.”

“I ordered a product that was bubble-wrapped and sent in an envelope through the mail. It should have, at least, been put in a sturdy box. The bottle seeped and the substance was all over the place. A piece of loose tape hung from the dispenser. I didn't know if the product had been compromised so I requested a replacement. After about a week a photo was requested (I don't know why because it proved nothing). Then I never heard back from Beauty Expert so Amazon returned my payment.”

“I ordered my usual face cream from here as seen it was cheaper. I’ve been using it for years and it’s a lovely cream with absolutely no scent! The one I have received from Beauty expert absolutely stinks- it has a weird smell of chemicals and GARLIC!!!! It can’t be a legit product ! Won’t buy from here again”

“Appalling absolutely appalling tried everything way to sort it out Emails, phone calls, filled in forms. Contacted pay pal. £150.80 out of pocket, nothing arrived! Absolutely nothing! I am furious, really furious, that’s a whole weeks pension for me! I want to scream.”

“I ordered this product in late December around Christmas of 2021, in the email it said it would arrive from 24th Jan - 28th Jan. It is now February 28th and still no package?? It gives me said tracking number and when I go and put it in the link it gave me for the courier tracking it said nothing was found. They are also saying that my order has been processed but it has said that since I ordered it. Do not order from them, wish I listened to the reviews.”

“I had 1 item left off dispatch for delivery, it sat there for ten days until I queried it. Turns out it was cancelled in error. They told me it was a “pricing issue” yet they still are advertising it as available. The only way to get it is to reorder and pay full price (I originally bought the item at 15% discount as my total spend on my order qualified for the discount). Absolutely shocking customer service and they don’t take any responsibility.”

“MINUS 1* !! ALL THE REVIEWS WHO GAVE ONE STAR ARE TRUE IN EVERY WAY! I experienced the same treatment from this company! Took money ( over £500!) NO GOODS WHERE DELIVERED ! No customer phone line although automated message assures opening times mon-fri 8-8 NOT SO ! After four weeks I handed the „claim for my refund“ over to my Bank !!! PLEASE DO THE SAME IF YOU FIND YOURSELF WITH NO GOODS BUT YOUR MONEY TAKEN FROM YOUR ACCOUNT! My credit card provider got me my refund within two days !! The company should NOT BE ALLOUD TO OPERATE AFTER SO MANY BAD REVIEWS! I don’t ever leave bad reviews I always take it up with the company itself if I am feel I had bad service BUT IN THIS CASE I WILL WRITE A BAD REVIEW AND URGE EVERYONE NOT TO GIVE THEIR MONEY AND TRUST TO BEAUTY EXPERT ! EXPERT IN WHAT ????? Defaulting on delivery and on refunding customers their money???”
