“Great company to deal with, they text and rang to confirm order, again the day before delivery and again on the day to narrow the time slot down. Two chaps delivered appliances a little after 8am on a mondayso there was no need to take a day of f work.”

“After a lengthy search through the internet, Bedstar offered the best price. After completing our purchase on line I received a phone call to confirm the delivery date and was then kept informed with auto telephone messages the day before delivery and a text at 7am on the day to inform of delivery slot which was very helpful.”

“Superb service from start to finish. Delivery details sent by phone and text excellent. Delivery guys very friendly and in and out with old bed in 5 minutes. Excellent. Have advised all i have met to use this company when the inevitable happens and goods need replacing”

“This is not the first product we have bought from Bedstar and it will not be the last. The service was great and although we had a damaged drawer cover, the people at the call centre couldn't have been more helpful and a replacement was arranged straight away”
