“Placed an order which was delayed through nobodies fault, but have to say the constant communication and updates regarding our delivery was outstanding. When our bed finally arrived I have to say we are thrilled to bits with it, well worth the wait”

“Re: Order No #646784 - Serene Tivoli Bed...Nice easy website with all information easily seen and used. Communication excellent with tracking by Panther equally so. Packages arrived in good condition, driver and mate polite and helpful and observed Covid rules. Would definitely use again. 👍”

“Would 100% recommend Bedstar.co.uk :-) They delivered our mattress on time, great value for money and when it arrived they noticed I ordered the wrong size! Without any hesitation, they took it back to the warehouse replaced it with the one I should have ordered and returned the same day. All sorted without a fuss or additional charges. What fabulous customer service!”
