“Excellent value for money. Product exactly as described. Just a problem with delivery. Delivery date given when ordered and paid for that delivery date. Waited in all day and the following day phoned at the end of that day to find out where it was told the earliest date for delivery was a week later so it arrived 9 days later than promised. Derek Court”

“The 4 single beds I ordered are lovely but wasn’t impressed by the delivery service. I hoped to receive my beds PM and left a message including my phone number if beds couldn’t be delivered then. I hadn’t properly moved into my new home was moving in slowly but was expecting a call to update me. I am a full time Carer to two disabled children and had to travel to new address 40 mins away at 6.20am to receive my beds arriving at 7am my request had been ignored. If I’d of had something else to sleep on temporarily I would of cancelled the whole order.”

“I ordered online, which was a very easy process, a 6' zip and link bed, together with two headboards. I was kept informed of the delivery date and time and the two guys turned up accordingly. They quickly brought the beds into the house and, as agreed, took away my old bed. They were very efficient. The beds, mattresses and headboards were wrapped in very strong plastic which ensured they were all nice and clean. It was easy to put the beds together and fit the headboards. My only slight problem is, in that on the headboards I chose, the pattern does not line up when the two headboards are side by side in the 6' configuration which does spoil the effect and there is nothing I can do to make it align correctly. I wish I'd picked a different headboard where this would not have happened! All in all the quality of the beds and headboards are excellent and, in fact, exceeded my expectation as obviously ordering on line you do not get to see the real article.”

“Excellent service. Iwas let down but a large well know store waited 6 weeks for a bed and it had not been ordered even though they took my payment. Bedstar came to my rescue and I had a bed delivered within 3 days just in time for my daughter to come home for Xmas. Definatley use them again. The quality was great.”

“I was a little worried when I ordered it just in case they were not a viable company. But all my worries were dismissed almost instantly, as I received an acknowledgment of order contact details etc if I had any questions.The bed arrived within the timescale stated at time of order the delivery men were in contact twice on the day of delivery and were polite and efficient.i would have no worries in recommending this company to anyone and the product is very good quality and easy to assemble. In conclusion I would say it was a delight to deal with them, they deserve to thrive and be successful Steve Stanbridge”

“First of all I would like to say the whole process was awful, from ordering to getting the bed in my house was absolutely draining. On the day my bed was due to be delivered I was at work but made sure my mum and sister was home for the time slot, the delivery guy called me but I missed it, within 1 minute I returned the call and he said "he's driven off" - he was so rude to me and kept on ending my call. I said to him did you ring the buzzer because my family is at home, he said No. At this point, I was begging him to go back because I needed the mattress. I also called my mum so she can go outside and speak to them. When my mum got outside they just left my mattress on the street, closed the van and told my mum they wont help her bring it upstairs. Disgusting! In the end my mum had to bring the mattress up on her own. its been around 6 weeks now and the mattress is so uncomfortable, its not as puffy, I can feel springs on my back, its a horrible experience. I would like someone to look into this complaint as soon as possible. Nicole”
