“I recently bought a mattress from Bedworld and had to wait 2.5 weeks for delivery despite contacting the team to inform them of my urgent need for the mattress. When it was delivered the mattress was soiled with dirt/mud on the outer edge. It was wrapped completely in thick plastic which was intact on delivery. Therefore the soiling had occurred prior to wrapping. As usual I checked the item delivered thoroughly before removing the plastic wrap and noticed the soil damage. I immediately contacted Bedworld to advise of the damage to the mattress and request a replacement urgently. I was advised it would take at least a week to arrange collection and replacement. I explained I could not wait that long on top of the initial wait and asked for a reduction in price as the mattress delivered was not in new condition. After submitting photographs of the damaged area and numerous further emails I was offered a £30 reduction and advised how to clean the soiled area with cleaning products that cost more than £30 not to mention my time it took to clean. Quite frankly it was an insult. Therefore I will not be shopping at Bedworld again.”

“I wish I had read reviews before purchase. It only tells you after you have paid that delivery is to your front door and Mr Mckinkay certainly stuck to that fact. He literally pushed the bed through the front door and never set foot over the doorstep he was very rude. The headboard ordered was not with the delivery so I was refusing to accept part order he then started ranting about you could have said something before I off loaded. If he had said it was not all there I would have done. Normally goods are delivered to room of use, having said that the bed is of solid construction and the adjustability of bed does what it says as advertised. Not sure on mattress seems to be sagging on one side already so this may need to be replaced but has 12 month warranty. Get your delivery sorted bedworld and reviews would be better.”

“The communication from Bedworld was excellent. The site was very easy to use and ordering was no problem at all. Speed of service was also key and as the mattress was a present that was important. Recommended.”

“Excellent prices. Driver called to say he had arrived although only gave 24hrs notice which is never enough for a working person. When I asked for another delivery date the person suggested they leave the bed and mattress in the garden. Not very helpful”

“I was not impressed with the delivery time. I was on able to get a time slot I had to be home all day and even then after being told my delivery would be 8am to 6pm my delivery didn't get there until 620. Then there was no contact number to call after 6 to find out where my delivery was. So overall not impressed at all.”

“Bed frame has no middle support. Slats don’t fit and no fixings supplied. No action taken by Bedworld. I could go on & on. Do not buy from these cowboys!”
