“It was simple to order on-line, and the delivery was very efficient. It was useful to be able to monitor the progress of the delivery. A selection of beers was a perfect present for my cousin.”

“Got a really good selection of Brew Dog Beer not available in the supermarkets and I am working my way through them. Not had a bad one yet. Easy to order and website is good to use and there is a very interesting selection. I have not given them very good as I think the packaging could be stronger. The first consignment was broken by the courier. The replacement order was delivered quickly but the box was ripped on one side and the bottles rattle in the box. I use another supplier and they have got their packaging spot on very sturdy box and foam chips to stop the bottles moving.”

“I can't praise beerhawk enough. Fantastic beers, super customer service. The one rare time they didn't have the beer I wanted in stock they gave me a replacement as well as a £5 off voucher . I take my hat off to you Mr Hawk .”

“Excellent selection of beer, perhaps a bit pricey but the quality is excellent. Shipping, however, was an utter shambles. Delivery took over two weeks, during which I waited-in twice for a delivery that never materialised. There was one genuine delivery attempt, but I was given just a couple of hours warning and frankly that's not long enough to arrange for somebody to be in. After eventually being told by UKMail that they'd lost the parcel, it turned up randomly 17 days after the original order. This was basically the courier's fault, but support from BeerHawk themselves was minimal. I won't be going back.”

“After subscribing to Beer Hawk, I now look forward to a new selection of world beers every month. So, instead of getting into a rut of go-to IPAs and Pale Ales, I can try wheat beers from Germany, golden strong ales from Belgium, fruit-flavoued IPAs from Japan and new English beers I have never tried before. It's a great way to stretch your pallet and increase your knowledge of beer. The service is flawless, too - texts and emails giving accurate delivery times or the choice of redelivery at another address or time. All in all, a great service and a little ray of sunshine each month!”
