“Website was easy to you, I made a mistake at checkout phone customer service (who answered straight away) and a lovely lady resolved the problem straight away. The beer was for a present and my friend was delighted with his present.”

“Voucher didn't work when ordering online so had to call a number of times. Not a huge problem and they were very friendly and helpful. However, its been over 4 weeks since I ordered and the case still hasn't arrived. I have had to chase a number of times. They were helpful at first and arranged a re-delivery as the original case was apparently damaged in transit, but now I'm being completely ignored and still nothing has arrived.”

“Really pleased with the beers. They were securely packaged and nice to try some different ones. There was an initial mix up with the courier and despatching the item, but Beerhawk resolved this quickly without fuss. Look forward to using them again”
