“Generally great. A lot of the mixed crates come in just under £50 and therefore incur the postal charge. I tend to order two more bottles to avoid this. Either. Reduce threshold to £40 to avoid problem or increase size of mixed crates so they cost just over £50.”

Hi Will I've just found out from our courier company that the box of beers we've sent out to you has been damaged in transit. This doesn't happen very often, but to make sure that a soggy box is not left on the doorstep, we instruct our couriers to return the damaged box to us, and we send out a replacement straight away. We’re getting the replacement beers today, and you’ll receive a new tracking number from our courier later this evening. Please accept our apologies for the delay to this order, but we hope your fresh box of beers will be worth the wait. “The communcation of when the order was to be delivered was not in line with what happened. I had to chase the order to get an update after not hearing anything for 4 days. Dont mind late orders but need to be notified. But the delivery cock up a side, the beer selection is great and my husband is very happy with it.”

Oh dear – that really shouldn't have happened that the beers were very delayed, It doesn’t happen very often but all I can put it down to is we were waiting on some beer arriving that goes in the east coast cases. please accept our apologies that it’s happened on your order. cheers Louise
