“1) Website is easy to navigate- ordering is simple 2) vast range of beers, most of which would be hard to find in normal retail outlets 3) my order was delivered the next day - you cannot get better than that 4) I ordered a 30 beer selection box - weeks of fun! I did not know there were so many different types of beer available. I shall definitely be ordering more beer from them DAVID. EMSWORTH HAMPSHIRE”

“I have nothing but praise for the staff at Beerhawk. My wife wanted to get me some special beer for my birthday, and not being computer savvy, they hand-held her through the process, making it easy for her. Result? Very happy husband. I am retiring soon and was asked to pick a retirement gift. I ordered a selection of hard-to-find beers and all arrived very swiftly. The whole process was faultless and again, great communication. Other businesses could learn a lot from their approach.”

“Delivered very quickly, website easy to use but very disappointed by the packaging for the 30 world beer mixed pack, the website was misleading in this respect and I was expecting something branded and trendy. It came in two very functional normal boxes, no design or branding. This is a gift so I now need to go out and find more suitable packaging for it.”

“Website was nice and easy to use, and delivery was pretty damn quick! Unfortunately the courier managed to break one of the bottles during delivery, but I popped an email to support to get a new one, and they very kindly sent a voucher for 2x the worth of the bottle (albeit with a 5 day turnaround :-/ ). Cheers Beer Hawk!”

“Prompt delivery and usefull email advising when package arrived!!! Ordered as a gift so no idea on product taste but very happy with service. Postage a bit dear at £6 but very prompt!!!”

“The product was bought as a gift for my partner for valentines day. Going to put the items in a hamper so it looks like more of a 'present'. Delivery was late, I had to contact the couriers and then beer hawk on separate occasions to finally find out my order was damaged and a replacement was going to be sent. Would have been nice to be kept updated. There is a wide variety of drinks to enjoy at home and believe he will like this present.”

“Brilliant! This is the best website I have found for ordering beer online. It has the biggest range and although it may not vary as much as I would like, it does mean you are always able to re-order some favourites from before. Great service and good value.”

“I was happy very with my stout/porter discovery case, some very interesting beers that I didn't know about. There were a few milds which I found a bit boring but that can always happen. Overall I was happy with everything except the delivery. I had left some specific delivery instructions to call a phone number when the delivery man arrived...but this never happened. I had to go pick up the box myself at the depot, and the delivery company had none of the instructions I had passed on to beerhawk.”

“This is going to sound like a fake review, but it isn't. Excellent selection of ales and cheaper than the other sites I found, plus free delivery if you order enough. No brainer. Order packaged very well, arrived within 2 days and once I've made my way through it will definitely be ordering again.”
