“I bought a crate of UK beer for a friend from BeerHawk and was delighted that it arrived with him 2 days later! He is now giving me daily updates/scorings on the new beers that he's enjoying! “I asked for an American beer selection and got a Belgium beer. Plus there was only one or two on the website that actually arrived. For the price of the beer I think an e-mail explaining that certain beers are out of stock wouldn't go a miss. I have e-mailed about sending the box back and have yet to hear back from anyone. I am inclined to send all three of orders back and never buy from Beer Hawk again.”

“Looking forward to trying some of the great beers I've bought. Slight disappointment with the delivery as the couriers would not deliver on a Saturday, meaning I had to get a taxi to the courier's depot to collect. I'm not home at weekdays and there's nowhere I'd be happy to have these great beers left at my address that's safe or secure enough.”

“Excellent selection, beer delivered quickly (on Tuesday after Friday order). One of 20 beers ordered was out of stock - was given a free replacement of similar beer plus coupon worth the value of the beer for the next purchase. Very impressive. Will shop here again.”

“Beer Hawk themselves are great and provide a fantastic product for a good price. I don't have a positive word to write about the courier company they use however. I received an email stating when my order would arrive. When it didn't arrive on the specified day and I received no card to say they had tried to deliver I called the couriers. I was met with an attitude on the telephone from the female at the other end that at first I thought was a joke. I was spoken to with utter contempt. It resulted in my performing a perimeter search around my property only to find my box of beer dumped by the wall of my house where it had been for two days in the rain. No card had been posted to notify me of this fact. I didn't know it was there as no card was posted. Very disappointing. I love the Beer Hawk products but the couriers would put me off ordering again.”

“Ordered some beer for a relative in the UK, from Australia, the whole transaction was simple and the beer was delivered on time and the carrier kept us up to date with what was happening. Excellent service all round and my relative enjoyed the beer. Result all round. Thanks”
