“Goods were delivered promptly, but the package was slightly damaged in transit (outer box only). Not all beers have yet been sampled, but a couple of those I have tried were not up to speck - cloudy or hazy at best, with some disappointing flavours coming through. Others were perfectly fine though. I would have to think hard before committing myself to a similar purchase again - I only went for this on the back of an apparent CAMRA recognition.”

Hi Stephen, Sorry if there were issues with any of the beers in your case. All of them were finalists at CAMRA's Champion Beer of Britain this year, so they should have been outstanding! If you believe there were any that were faulty though we will of course issue a refund on that beer and also be able to let the brewery know so they can rootcause any issues. Thanks Louise

“Super service. Ordered from beer hawk three times now. Quick dispatch with great communication and the courier they use in fantastic. Keep you informed so you don't have to sit in the house all day waiting for delivery. Bought for other half for 15 year wedding anniversary. He has been delighted with previous orders.”

“Ordering was easy. After placing the order I realized that BeerHawk's scheduled delivery date differed from what I wanted (for my brother's birthday). BeerHawk accommodated my request for the change without question in a very friendly manner. Brother seemed very happy with the gift, but because he is in a different country from me I can't verify product quality etc. Overall very happy with the service. Would recommend highly and use again.”
