“Shipping was terrible. First package that got shipped was broken no contact made with me about this i had to call to find this out, then an acclaimed delivery was "tried" but was deemed unsuccessful and a picture was sent of some random persons house claiming it to be mine. i will not be recommending this to my beer society.”

Hi Gary, thanks for the comment, unfortunately your first case of beers that were sent out had been damaged in transit, This doesn't happen very often, but to make sure that a soggy box is not left on the doorstep, we instruct our couriers to return the damaged box to us, and we send out a replacement straight away. the second case our courier company had attempted deliver twice before unsuccessfully. I apologise for the issues with the courier company and they will be raise with them. thanks Louise

“I don't think l will use this again.the time frame for delivery was just to. Great before the day .You cannot ask anyone to wait all day if you're at work.”

Hello thanks for the comment. Sorry if you had waited in all day for the delivery, usually the couriers will email or text you to let you know of the time that they will be delivering. They will also leave the item in a safe place or with a neighbour if requested cheers Louise

“My experience with beer hawk was amazing. I ordered a load of random beers and they came 2days later. Witch I think is excellent. Also the selection they have is amazing. Also after I ordered they didn't have one of the beers in stock. They handled this in an great way. They just give me a beer they thought was on the same line as the one they didn't have. So I would get my order quickly. Also the give my a vouter for 5 pound so I can buy that beer when it comes in stock. To top it off before I ordered I rang them up to clarify I few things and there customer service was one of the best.”

“The quality and variety of the beers is excellent. I ordered two cases, I had some problems with the delivery of one of the cases., but I contacted Beerhawk and they sorted the problem out quickly. This is a company that will 'go the extra mile' to ensure their customers are happy.”

“Easy to place order, kept unto date with e-mails advising receipt of order, processing and dispatch. I ordered in good time (my order was for a birthday present) but it would be helpful if there was an estimated delivery date when you put items in the basket. Overall very pleased with the order and delivery. I would use the supplier again.”
