“There was a problem tracking this delivery with City Link. This order was sent to my son as a gift. After receiving no news of likely delivery from City Link he contacted them to discover that the tracking number allocated was not recognised. The beer did arrive but no notice was given.”

Hi Allen, thank you for your comments, Apologise for not been notified via City Link on a delivery time. I will discuss this further and ensure it is rectified. All customers should be notified of order been dispatched and expected delivery date/time Cheers Louise

“Ordered a case of 15 beers from Great British Beer festival. Delivered very quickly and well pleased with the beer selection. Did the same last year with same result. Very happy to recommend this company”

“The delivery was quickly effected but I had to enquire to be sure. The crate was left on the doorstep. It was brought in after a day by a neighbour. Apparently the City Link the deliverer claim had instructions to do this from Beer Hawk. The locals being unusually honest(or visually impaired) did not touch the consignment and it was happily received by the returning addressee. Perhaps some more direct info about delivery would help. All said I think Beer Hawk is a very good company.”
