“It's not clear when you will receive your first delivery when you first start your beer club. It says to choose a time and date but it doesn't specify that you won't actually receive a delivery on that day. I also can't see where you can change your preferences once you've started your beer club.”

Hi Stacey, Sorry for the confusion on this beer club. The date and time is for when you wish it to start, ie take the payment from your account on the system. It doesn't state that its the date and time of delivery. if there is payment issues on the recurring payment on PayPal then this also delays it going out like on this occasion. To change preferences can be changed by logging on to the account on Paypal and change your preferences in the recurring. if you need help with this please let me know 01423 525750

“They didn't stock the selection I had paid for... so did nothing. My Dads birthday present was delivered a week late after offering an alternative. In fairness they did refund the P&P, but I still thought it was poor service.”

Hi Gary, As we explained in the email we moved to a new order/stock system that activated every product we had sold and in the short time before we go to switching them off again your order was placed. Please accept my apologies and i hope your father enjoyed the beers thanks Louise

“Website was easy enough to navigate round, I have a specific list of beers from around the world I'm trying to locate so the 'beers by country' section was useful. Delivery was extremely quick and I was kept up to date with progress. All round food experience”

Hello Yaran, The box must have got ripped in transit by the couriers, we do try to limit this from happening but sometimes some slip through the net, The gift message was in the case on the packing slip for the recipient to see if you wish to contact me about this please call 01423 525750 thanks Louise

“Bought a mystery case with a voucher given to me as a present. The case contained all UK beers but a tremendous selection. I'm familiar with a couple of them but most are new to me. Only one beer doubled up so 14 different beers. Highly recommended.”

“Ordered online, got a phone call after about 2 hours explaining one of my beer choices was not in stock so I asked them to put something similar in. had notification of delivery and got beers a few days later (weekend in the way) cant fault the service..”
