“I came across Beer Hawk whilst looking for a specific beer for my husband's birthday. The website was easy to navigate and I found additional items that I could add. When one of my items was out of stock this was dealt with promptly and the parcel delivered on time. I will definitely use Beer Hawk again.”

“Simple clear website, with ordering a straightforward process. This was followed up with prompt delivery at the time specified with a helpful email to forewarn one of its imminence. Not much more you can ask for in an online ordering service! Perhaps feel a bit bombarded with emails since, so maybe a need to go easy on them, not least of all so they don't become counter-productive. You wouldn't want me to routinely delete them without thinking about it and thus miss a relevant (for me) offer!”

“great idea, interesting products and always nice to receive booze on your doorstep when you return from work One of my choices was not in stock which is always a tad irritating but good communication to explain and swift delivery once replacement agreed”

“totally happy with this buying experience and had some questions which where answered quickly. As I bought beer as a gift and dont drink it myself they were very helpful, and the person I gifted the beer too was delighted and impressed with the beers offered. “Joined the beer club and first order was delivered about 3 weeks late . The following months beers arrived on time so i had 2 lots of beer at the same time. I indicated that i preferred dark beers but seem to get mainly IPA's and light beers with each order . Several of the beers were the same on each order as well , not what i expected . I have put my beer club payments on hold at the moment but will cancel as i don't feel that i am getting value for money or the diversity of beers that i should be”

Hi Mark, Thanks for the feedback, i have just looked into this further. Your beer club is on a preference for darker beers, the reason you may have received two case was a duplicate order if they had similar beers in them. Did you call us to notify us of the issues as i can't find any email correspondence. in this case we would usually collect the case and if you had duplicate beers that would be rectified. Sorry that you feel its not working out for you, we are launching some new changes to the beer club over the next month. if you would like to discuss the issues further please call the office at a suitable time 01423 525750

“Great service. Beer delivered within 72 hours of placing order. Unfortunately, two of the beers I ordered were out of stock, so Beer Hawk substituted those with two of their own choice. I would've appreciated a mail or call to discuss, but no biggie. I will certainly use Beer Hawk again.”
