“As a CAMRA member I am lucky to sample many UK brews at beer festivals, so the opportunity to sample unusual and foreign brews is a great and educational pleasure.”

“Ordered two cases on Saturday. By Thursday nothing so chased. By Friday nothing so chased again. Beer arrived Saturday just in time but one case only had 4 out of the 8 beers promised. Disappointed by this, and the fact I had to do all the chasing and Beer Hawk gave no indication of short supply. Two stars because they did refund £20”

“Hi, All was good and delivered in a timely fashion. I was happy with the delivery. My only suggestions would be: a) My order was a gift but the message was attached to the sales order. Maybe a separate paper message would be better. I ended up removing the message because I didn't want the recipient to see the sales order. The prices were removed but separating the message from the order details would be great; b) Some of the bottles were dusty. No big thing but it may be worth wiping the bottles when packing. As I say this is very minor. The above are only suggestions because I was happy with the order.”

“My gift voucher code did not work on line & did not over the phone either so had to pay full price and they would credit my card on receipt of the on line order. I had to call several days later as no credit appeared but they did refund me this time, Was expecting delivery on Friday (as discussed) but did not arrive until the Monday. Otherwise order was fine although a little pricey.”
