“Some good choices here, perhaps a little heavy on Scottish breweries and I would have preferred each of the beers from a different producer. I could have bought one or two of them from local supermarket which was disappointing.”

“Generally I am really satisfied with the previous orders. However in the last selection box (of 12) which I have bought as a Christmas present, 4 contained a pumpkin flavour. So if the recipient doesnt like pumpkin then that is a third of the box wasted. Also there is general associations with pumpkin and halloween so wouldnt necessarily be appropriate for this time of year”

“The concept of the calendar is ace and the beers are great. The calendar arrived late (booked for 23rd and arrived on 2nd December which was a shame as it was an advent calendar!). I had to follow it up to find out where it was, would have been better to have email updates. The actual calendar can be quite difficult to get cans out of as they fall down when the ones below have been removed. It can also be quite tight to get bottles out of. Looks great though! The glass was also broken a bit on the base so we couldn't use. Wouldn't put me off ordering again next year though as think it's such a good idea”

“The beers arrived in good time and were packed well so nothing was damaged. There was also a handy information booklet on beers around the world, which is interesting and useful.”

“Great of choice of beers and easy to order. Disappointing that 3 beers were not delivered without warning. 2 out of stock and 1 not packed in error. Refunded straight away, but would have been good to have been notified.”

“For customer service, these guys can't be beaten. Had some delivery issues through no fault of Beer Hawk's but between us we sorted it out, got the great quality goods we ordered and would not hesitate to use them again”

“Every company can make slip ups , picking errors, poor communications. I always say what differentiates companies is how they deal with issues if they arise. The Beer Hawk guys were outstanding in fixing an issue I had with the Champion Bottled Beer Case. So 5*s and the knowledge they will receive more business in the future.”

“Well. I was so surprised how quickly the Kolsch came! It's just like it was in Cologne. Definitely my favourite purchase of the Christmas period! Everything came securely packaged. Only beef was; they put 15 bottles in 1 box and 5 in the other. I would have preferred to have the weight evenly spread out. Not a big issue for someone who has any upper body strength though :) All around a great buy and will definitely be buying again!”

“I was sent a partial order and contacted company several times and was promised remainder order would be sent in time for my gift giving . It was not sent in time and came very late I was given some vouchers but to buy anything I would have to add more money not sure I will use this company again sadly even though the gift was nice . They shouldn't make promises they can't deliver on”

“Although beer hawk is great for good quality beer & perfect draft kegs, it lets itself down when trying to get returns collected? I have contacted Beer Hawk several times by email and several times by telephone & every time I'm promised a collection for next day... But nothing happens? If this part of Beer Hawk was resolved then the score would have been Excellent?”

“Ordered 2 lots of beer at the same time, 1 part of the order came so I rang the company customer services, what a total joke was promised a follow up email.....nothing, I emailed them.....nothing I then rang them again and the guy I spoke to told me I had rang the wrong number! I asked him was that customer services and he said yes???? what a joke will not use again,”
