“Great delivery service and communication. They gave me a voucher for £5 off my next order, i couldn't read the code or i was entering it in wrong so i emailed them and got a response within minutes with help. Great :)”

“Ordered a selection box of beer using an East Coast voucher. Couldn't have been simpler, or quicker. I emailed to change the delivery address after ordering and this was dealt with quickly and without fuss. The only minor criticism I have is that perhaps Beer Hawk could have used less packaging - I received 8 bottles in a box designed for 15 – yes, it kept them well padded, but not so environmentally friendly.”

“After paying a high sum for express delivery and not receiving my order I was very disappointed. This was a gift for my partner and he ended up taking delivery of it therefore ruining the surprise....shame”
