“Website didn't work properly, had to phone to order, not a problem. Wrong case delivered in first instance, quickly rectified, but annoying.”

We appreciate it's very annoying to be sent the wrong case - unfortunately this was a packing error, which is exceptionally rare, but can sometimes happen. “A great site! I used it to buy my Dad a selection of beers for Christmas. The free delivery when spending over £50 is great, and the parcels arrived very quickly. Was very pleased with the service and will definitely be buying from there again!”

“Ordered Sunday, email confirming despatch Monday, arrived Tuesday. Twelve bottles of customers' favourites as a present for my son-in-law and would have appreciated a smaller box, rather than have empty spaces in a 15 bottle box.”

“Was very impressed with the range of beers in stock, some i've found hard getting anywhere. P&P charges were reasonable. And delivery was very quick. Ordered on sunday evening processed monday morning beers arrived tuesday at time stated 4 O'clock. E-mail communication was also very good any queries were answered asap. Overall would definitely purchase from beerhawk again, and would recommend them to anyone wishing to purchase from them. 10/10”
