“Excellent choice of beers and an extremely rapid delivery service!”

“After purchasing from Beer Hawk Ltd I found them to be extremely professional and efficient in my dealings with them. Yesterday I had a discussion with Mark (did not take is surname) I needed a parcel delivering for today, he dealt with my situation with politeness and speed and as promised my parcel arrived at lunchtime today. The packaging and information that I received was second to none. And as I expected, the quality of their goods was excellent. Make no mistake; I will be only too pleased to pass the company's name onto friends and colleagues of mine. The way Beer Hawk Ltd dealt with me they must be very proud of their company name. One other thing I must mention is, the carrier that 'BH' used was punctual and on the delivery time. Beer Hawk even got this right. Both product and service is excellent! Anthony Breakwell”

“The Beerhawk side of the order all went smoothly but you were let down by your couriers. My order was left outside my front door on a main road with my gate left open. I was lucky that a neighbour spotted it and took it in for me. No note was left and I think it is highly likely that I would have arrived home to no beer. If you always use the same courier, it would make me think twice about ordering again.”
