“I have joined beer club so that I can try a variety of different tipples. I am delighted with the first delivery. I would like to learn more about the beers (eg history, brew method, tasting notes) while I'm enjoying them to understand them better. I looked at the blog, which I enjoyed and gave an overview of a couple of the beers. Perhaps this could be embellished to help enlighten the beer novices? Notwithstanding that: great offering. Looking forward to the next crate. Thanks - Tom”

“I am very pleased with the beer, but it would have been nice if I had a card through my door saying my parcel had arrived, instead it was left by the side gate with no note, even though I was in that day.”

“Great collections, great beers but just be careful on SOME of the prices.. some of the less rarer beers work out quite expensive to shop prices.... but every delivery has been expedited quickly and safely...no breakages. :)”

“Excellent service. As this was a present for a colleague it was unfortunate that the branded box was also the delivery box with address labels etc stuck on. It would be great if there was an option to have a nice presentation box even if this cost a little more.”

“I think the products from this company are great. The only negative I have is that my last order of 12 beers, the gift came in a box which would have held 15 beers which meant there were 3 empty spaces. It looked odd and as a result of that I went out to buy extra bottles. Customer service from Beer Hawk is super and spot on!”

“Quality beer delivered on time. Only gripe is their choice of courier City Link who despite a clear instruction on the address label to leave with neighbours and to handle carefully decided to put my box in sideways in my black wheelie bin on top of rubbish bags.”

“Excellent service with prompt delivery. Overall, a most enjoyable mix of beers. However, one or two rather "off the wall" choices, for example a cherry flavoured one which personally I believe shouldn't be included. However, taste is a personal thing and some wouldn't agree. For me, it meant 4 stars rather than 5. That said, the response to my feedback was very positive. Would I recommend Beer Hawk ? Yes, unreservedly.”

“There was slight delay on dispatching. A misleading email to say they had been shipped was untrue as the consignment had not left the warehouse due order being incomplete as one beer could not be sourced and was out of stock. However, customer services there was excellent in dealing with my query and i swiftly and safetly received my boxes of beer. I would recommend them.”
