“Very good beer indeed. Have been happy with all my orders except the last one where I bought 2 mystery cases. My slight disappointment were the two cases were identical to each other, I had hoped to have a more varied selection. That said the beers will go down well......”

“I didn't know what to really expect and being a traditional ale drinker was initially disappointed with the number of british beers! However the clue is in the sub-title - "hunting out the world's best beers" - open your mind and broaden your taste - an enjoyable experience...”

“Bought a great selection of Belgian beers which I am enjoying very much. Effective ordering system with delivery just a few days later to a designated spot in my absence. So all good from that point of view. My main concern is the delivery cost at just under £7.00. Better to avoid it altogether by ensuring your order amounts to more than £50.00 at which point delivery is free. Also disappointed to find some identical beers almost £1.00 cheaper in a local supermarket so more competitive pricing would help.”

“Got a really good selection of Brew Dog Beer not available in the supermarkets and I am working my way through them. Not had a bad one yet. Easy to order and website is good to use and there is a very interesting selection. I have not given them very good as I think the packaging could be stronger. The first consignment was broken by the courier. The replacement order was delivered quickly but the box was ripped on one side and the bottles rattle in the box. I use another supplier and they have got their packaging spot on very sturdy box and foam chips to stop the bottles moving.”

“Beer arrived as promised, plenty of notice and left in the shed as requested. So far so good with selection of pale ales and pilsners, global representation and a range of strengths. Really enjoying these bottles (and a can!).”

“Really pleased with the beers. They were securely packaged and nice to try some different ones. There was an initial mix up with the courier and despatching the item, but Beerhawk resolved this quickly without fuss. Look forward to using them again”

“Generally great. A lot of the mixed crates come in just under £50 and therefore incur the postal charge. I tend to order two more bottles to avoid this. Either. Reduce threshold to £40 to avoid problem or increase size of mixed crates so they cost just over £50.”

“Happy with the purchase. I ordered a couple of boxes; the British Pale Ales and Great British Beer collection. I had these sent as gifts. The only comment I would make is that as a gift the receiver did not know what the collection of beers was. There was no paper to say that it was a collection of British IPAs or a collection of British beers. They just thought it was a box of random beers. It would be nice if there was something to say what the collection was. Even better would be a description of each beer (like the mixed wine boxes I occasionally order from a wine club which describe each wine). I understand that this might be tricky since your website says you often substitute beers so might be difficult to keep the list and beers in sync. Just a thought....”

“I had a issue purchasing on line and customer support fixed it. They didn't have some of the beers I ordered so gave me vouchers. On top of all this they sent me two beers that were incorrect from what I ordered. A little displeased but wasn't worth more of the hassle.”

“The Team was helpful and effecitive.(Thanks Maggie!) Unfortunately I did not receive 1 case of beer at first time, but they did their best to sort out the situation ASAP. I will come back for More! Merry Christmas! Peter”
