“Incredibly helpful staff, Patrick was awesome in helping me pick out a selection for a gift of IPA's. The receiver was delighted with the box he got!! My only issue was not with beer hawk but the courier UK MAIL who left the box outside the building on a busy street which anyone could have waked away with, and they confirmed via e-mail it has been left safe and sound in a (non-existent) shed!! Happily recommend Beer Hawk but perhaps look at a different courier company!”

“Amazing service. They didn't have what I wanted so they sourced it for me at half the price Ebay are charging. Absolutely first class customer service. Every person I have spoken to has been friendly and helpful. A real joy to deal with, you should all be very proud of yourselves. Gold stars all round x”

“Ordered the advent calendar as a gift . No email confirmation so gave them a quick call, lovely girl reassured me it would arrive in a time and followed up with email confirmation and arrived as promised within a 1 hour delivery window.”

“Awesome , very professional service . Well laid out website, which will improve in time . Courier delivery is beyond reproach. Customer Loyalty scheme is pretty good , as they give you beer tokens for reviews ( like this one !),to redeem against purchases at a later date . Beer Tokens for a purchase as well . Good site , and can't see myself going anywhere else if your prices and fair free delivery continue to be as good as present . Keep up the good work .”
