“The selection is excellent. Love the beer bullets. No complaints on delivery etc. I would say that your ideas of packaging is pretty poor though. I bought 2 beer bullets which can in a perfectly acceptable box fitting the size of the bullets. I also bought a single bottle of beer which came in a separate box designed for 15 bottles. Unnecessary and pretty poor for the environment. A real shame as everything else was great. Photo attached!”

“Ordered some craft beer from Italy that I have never tried before. Great selection of beers from all over the world. Beers arrived well packed and safe. I recommend the company who provide great speedy service really enjoying craft beers from around the world that you can't buy through normal outlets.”

“Excellent service, I ordered a beer advent calendar for my husband on Friday through Amazon, estimated delivery was this Friday coming but it came this afternoon, I had an email a couple of hours before to say it was being delivered and another one shortly afterwards to even say the driver was running late, overall my experience with beerhawk has been brilliant, my husbands over the moon with his early present and already asked for another one next year”

“Fantastic calendar, my fiancé loves it and can't wait for 1 Dec. I'm confused by people saying they didn't receive their calendar when it clearly stated they wouldn't be issued til mid Nov! Mine arrived on Monday as promised and requested.”

“Have to say I'm impressed with Beer Hawk! These guys(and gals) are great, I live in Ireland so often have to pay insane postage when I order beer, but these guys(and gals)... to ship nearly 50 bottles over was only £5! Normally it would be £10 but my order was over £50 (obviously when I was ordering nearly 50 bottles) so I only had to pay a fiver. Other UK based company's charge £15-£20, and even a company I live 30 minutes away from charge £5 a box so I was delighted :) As for customer service, I can't really fault them. There was a delay in the stock for the advent box so I dropped them a quick message to see what was happening as I was going abroad. Got a response in an hour... can't beat that. My order arrived in 2 shipments, one on Monday and the other yesterday (Tuesday). Might be a problem for some but I was lucky and knew someone was home. Only thing here was I didn't get an email or message to say it had been shipped, I knew roughly from talking to customer service a few days before. The packaging of the beer itself was pretty good, maybe could have spaced the bottles a bit better between the boxes. One box had 15 and another had 4. That said, I checked everything and there were no damaged or broken bottles (even more impressive since it was shipped to Ireland). I'd ordered a bunch of gluten free beers too (my other half is coeliac), was nice to see somewhere stocking a few different types (though most of them are Greens). He normally gets stuck with Estrella Damm Daura so this is a real treat. Would be nice to see even more gluten free beers in stock, more of the Mikkellers especially. I'll definitely be ordering again... it just might take me a while to get through my current order :)”

“I ordered an Advent Calendar back in September for delivery on Nov 7th. Having read various bad reviews about non delivery I was concerned it may not turn up. However I got a confirmation text on the morning with a delivery slot and as promised it arrived. I had even contacted Beer Hawk to check all was OK with order to which they promptly replied. I can't fault the service I have received and won't hesitate to use again.”

“Excelent website, free carriage over £50 order (obviously an inset I've to place a big order rather than lots of small ones). Courier delivered on time and direct to my garage, boxed most efficiently and well protected, couldn't ask better than that, all I had to do was move my 39 bottles to the shelf. A good selection, being consumed with great delight. Hmm, another order before Christmas most definitely on the cards.”
