“Great collections, great beers but just be careful on SOME of the prices.. some of the less rarer beers work out quite expensive to shop prices.... but every delivery has been expedited quickly and safely...no breakages. :)”

“The delivery driver was concerned that the box had been damaged & so insisted that the contents were checked & verified before he left. The products themselves were very well received by the recipient, (my Dad). He was very impressed with the unusual beers from around the world that he had never seen before. The gift was ordered late, but the lady on the phone still facilitated a next day delivery for me & was very accommodating. Great customer service, great product, thanks Veronica :-)”

“Only problem was the dozens and dozens of texts I received (2 per minute, for 45 minutes, until I blocked sender) from 0500 am on the day of delivery, to tell me to expect my order in 2 days time.”

“Good website, great selection of beers (many difficult to source elsewhere online), friendly and efficient service, beers arrived safely the next working day. Free delivery for orders over £50 makes a difference to when working out the cost per item. Very impressed, will use again.”

“The product is 1st class and good value for the money you pay. My lower rating is a result of dealings with the company, on the few occasions that I have had cause to email them - namely non delivery of product and an issue with delivery itself, I have had to wait an unacceptable amount of time for a response.”

“I've been a Beerhawk customer for about 18 months now and have never had such a wide selection of great tasting beer. The discovery cases and mixed cases showcasing different breweries are particularly excellent, my favourite has been the Siren Brewery mixed case. Exceptional beers! I once had a case damaged by the courier but the cost of the beer was refunded by Beerhawk immediately. On another occasion where the beer I had ordered was out of stock, I received an email the same day apologizing and offering refund or replacement with equal/greater quality beer (I chose replacement of course!) They have even delivered beer to me as far afield as the Shetland Islands! I have recommended Beerhawk to all of my freinds with an appreciation of fine ales and will continue to be a customer for many years.”

“Once I'd decided what to order given the massive choice available the case arrived within a couple of days and the beers were superb. I ordered the Pumpkin Party Case and four bottles of Celt Ogham Ash. Favourite beers? Celt's 'Ogham Ash' is a lovely warming [and strong] winter beer and great for curling up near a warm fire to sip and enjoy. Flying Dog 'The Fear' was another strong beer with a great taste and for something with less 'bite' in terms of alcoholic content, the Brew Dog 'Pumpkin Head' was a fruity, crisp beer with a fantastic taste.”
