“I have joined beer club so that I can try a variety of different tipples. I am delighted with the first delivery. I would like to learn more about the beers (eg history, brew method, tasting notes) while I'm enjoying them to understand them better. I looked at the blog, which I enjoyed and gave an overview of a couple of the beers. Perhaps this could be embellished to help enlighten the beer novices? Notwithstanding that: great offering. Looking forward to the next crate. Thanks - Tom”

“I ordered & paid for a beer from the list on the site only to be told the next day that this beer was out of stock and wasn't going to be coming in again any time soon ! Very poor service I cannot believe that a firm that size cannot accommodate a customers order won't be using them again thank you !”

Hi Nigel, I'm really sorry we were out of stock on the goods you bought, we work alongside a lot of small brewery's and on occasion, stock is limited to what we can get hold off and delivery times. On this occasion we couldn't fulfil your order due to the delivery time on the stock arriving. Cheers Louise
