“Order was part of a reward scheme from East Coast trains but even so was really impressed with the selection of beers sent and the speed in which they arrived - 4 working days from order to delivery. Thank you!”

“Absolutely love Beer Hawk. Have used them 4 times so far, slowest delivery was 2 working days. A great range of domestic and foreign beers to sample, though I would love to see more Mikkeller! Cannot fault them, and won't be using anyone else. Free delivery on orders over £50; it's a no brainer.”

“I use beer hawk because I have access to some of the worlds finer beers that cannot be purchased from a supermarket or off licence and the range of beers is superb. For my order I am pleased with speed in which it was delivered but was not so impressed that I was delivered replacement beers without being forewarned, I was not expecting this which admittedly may be my fault. The £5 voucher off the next case was a nice touch but the benefit is clearly to them because the beers are expensive and to get free delivery I have to spend a fair few quid - although to be honest this shouldn't be much of a problem!”

“They not only have a wonderful selection of craft beers and ales on offer, but also provide the customer service to back it up. Delivery arrived on time, packaging was neat and provided the necessary protection and the product was exactly as I'd requested. A great website/eshop that I will surely use again in the near future and warmly recommend to my friends.”

“BeerHawk are a reliable supplier of good bottled ales. They work hard to provide you with the ales that you appreciate, according to your tastes. I have never had any reason to complain despite numerous orders placed. The first order was made by my wife as birthday present (she knows very little about beer) and BeerHawk advised her well, so that the beers I received were excellent. I couldn't rate them more highly.”

“I so wanted them to be brilliant - they sound an exciting company, doing something I'm really in to (unusual beers). And the website is really good. But I think I was maybe unlucky. First order was apparently damaged in transit, so never received. I got an email promising "replacements to be sent out today for delivery tomorrow". But in fact it took a couple of days to arrive. And when they did, four of the beers weren't actually what I'd ordered - but had been substituted for something different. Will think I'll try elsewhere for my next order.”
