“Last delivery was not the usual standard. A bottle had obviously been broken as the box was wet and had been taped together. Box was dumped on path and driver legged it before I got there. Luckily only one bottle was broken which I was compensated for with no hassle thank you.”

“I recently treated myself to a case of Liberty Ale, from San Francisco's Anchor Steam Brewery. I placed the order on a Monday and the beer was delivered on Tues afternoon. Even better, I'd received an email from the delivery company (UK Mail) informing me of a one-hour delivery window (16:50 - 17:50). The courier arrived at precisely 16:50. Brilliant! The only reason I only gave an 8 for the "how likely are you to recommend" question is that I don't tend to make such recommendations for anything.”

“Ordered a 3 month beer club for hubby for his bday. Received one package but yet to receive the second or third. Called 3 times this week for answers and not received a call back. Won't recommend or use these again. Shame really.”

“I'm very happy with the service I received at Beer Hawk. I was after a special release beer that had sold out very quickly. I sent Beer Hawk a tweet asking if there were any extra bottles available and Tor replied promptly that he would have a look in the warehouse. He found some bottles which were then delivered promptly, packaging was good.”
