“I used my East Coast loyalty points to buy a collection of beers. After an initial problem with the code not working I placed my order easily. The order did not arrive when scheduled, but the team very quickly found out this was due to a broken bottle in it. Delivery was rescheduled for the next day, delayed by a day at my request and delivered on time. Now all that remains is to enjoy the beer!!”

“I have been using Beer Hawk for the past few months and thoroughly enjoyed the variety of beers on offer. Delivery has always been on time (2 days after you have placed the order), so they get top marks for that. I have had a few incidents where an incorrect beer have been shipped, and one other occasion where a beer was left out the batch completely. I did managed to get hold of customer services with ease, and they resolved my issue by sending me a discount voucher on my next order. Overall I find Beer Hawk very efficient, friendly and most importantly not too expensive. I will continue to be a loyal customer for many years to come. Many thanks Matt J Day”

“Overall good service and prompt delivery..thank you Very disappointed in the fact your couriers (Able Couriers) left my 2 boxes on my doorstep last week!! Lucky we are not discussing missing items and refunds ! Good, yes good but not exceptional choice of belgium beers...seems to stay same choices with no "new introductory choices" Would also like more choice of glasses to go with belgium beers You are not the cheapest on line for belgium beers so I am still looking at other sites however overall as i said Good service and happy with my purchases. Maybe offers or loyalty gifts/ points to loyal regular users woudl help”

“The selection of beers is excellent, however the crate was damaged during delivery. A replacement was sent out automatically, however this was too late for the birthday I was buying the gift for. During this time, it was not clear what the reason for the delivery delay was - neither the courier nor beer hawk dropped an email to explain what had happened.”
