“I ordered the beers during the afternoon and received the acknowledgement that the delivery would arrive the next day. They arrived on time and the packaging was excellent as I had glassware in this delivery. Very good quality beers at a sensible price , i will be using Beer Hawk Ltd again in the near future.”

“Very good service, they allowed me to change my delivery address, got a note to say it had been dispatched and gave me a time frame for the delivery which was very useful. I got a mixed selection for my boyfriend and dad for christmas which I think they will love I would use again”

“Ordered a gift selection for my Dad's birthday. Dispatched same day. I wasn't in when courier delivered so they left a card. Courier depot only keeps for 3 business days before returning to sender, but they attempted redelivery without me asking and I was in to receive it. Order was well packed and perfect as gift with personal message and unexpected additional gift voucher to spend on next order. All in all I'm very happy with the service and my Dad is enjoying his beer selection. I will definitely order again sometime soon. It would be great also to have a similar service for Cider too. Thanks BeerHawk. Ps you might want to check your Reviews.co.uk email template as some of the copy appears twice in the email.”

“Delivery was quick and contents of package as expected. However, I bought a 'gift pack' of beers, and they weren't in a 'gift box', as I would have expected. They came just as a crate of beers, which is fine if I had been ordering them for myself, but when the product is described as a gift I would expect some nice packaging.”

“Placed order by telephone - secretary very helpful. Delivery prompt, beers well packaged in three cases, and as described (3 x 15 bottled conditioned beers). Also placed order on-line, and received Belgium discovery case within a couple of days - very pleased with the service.”

“Easy to use web-site, order handled very efficiently although trying to contact the dispatch couriers was a little difficult if you live in a different part of the country because the 0800 directs the call geographically (i.e. where you are phoning from rather than the location of the couriers). Having said that order dispatched in 48 hours so no real complaints. Recipient delighted with range of beers in gift box. Would highly recommend use of this site.”

“Excellent range of products on offer, including pre-selected cases. Prices similar to a specialist retail outfit, so not particularly cheap. Rapid and free delivery (and opportunity to specify where to leave cases if you're out). The shopping cart worked fine.”
