“I ordered 8 beers, only 6 came, without explanation. I contacted beer merchant, so they refunded me. But still, they didn't explain. So 3 stars. Would have been 4 if they explained. Would have been 5, if they gave me a voucher for next time I order (and I would have!).”

“Selection of beer was good enough, quite low but of course that is expected during the current climate and consistent with other suppliers. Delivery was prompt. Issue was with the website. I dont know if it is a compatibility issue with using phones but it was extremely slow and hard to navigate. If I remember rightly you sometimes couldn't see if something had sold out until clicking through and this took a while due to the speed issues. However glad I persevered as I enjoyed my beers.”
